Electronic voucher – a simple gift solution for your loved ones, friends, employees, or business partners.
The voucher can be used for all goods in our e-shop.
When purchasing, simply enter the unique code, and the value of the voucher, including VAT, will be automatically deducted from the total price.
The voucher is valid until 31/12/2026.
Terms and Conditions for Gift Voucher Use
By purchasing and using this gift voucher, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
The gift voucher is non-refundable.
The voucher is valid until the date stated on the voucher. After this date, the voucher becomes invalid.
The voucher can be redeemed when shopping in the online store at www.eshop.odtahovevozy.eu.
The value stated on the voucher will be deducted from the purchase price. The purchase is governed by the current terms and conditions of Odtahové vozy s.r.o.

The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be broken down, and its value can only be redeemed in a single purchase.
Multiple vouchers can be used for one purchase.
For goods purchased using a gift voucher, in the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract or a legitimate complaint, the corresponding amount may be refunded in the form of a replacement gift voucher. In justified cases, we may share basic purchase details (including the buyer's name) with the original purchaser of the voucher for fraud prevention and investigation purposes.
In case of loss or misuse of the voucher by a third party, the voucher cannot be replaced.
The buyer is not authorised to resell the voucher to third parties unless otherwise agreed. Otherwise, they bear full responsibility for any damages caused to third parties.
