The DoZurr 5000 with our patented DoMulti long-lever ratchet is the right solution for demanding transport tasks. Our 50 mm webbing, combined with the DoMulti long-lever ratchet and a profile hook, enables safe transport for almost any application. A strength of 2,500 daN in a straight pull and a 600 daN pre-tensioning force in the tie-down method make this lashing strap a champion in our range.
What makes our DoZurr 5000 with DoMulti so special?
Thanks to decades of experience in manufacturing lashing and lifting equipment, we have been able to continuously optimise our products. The result is a durable 50 mm polyester webbing and corresponding ratchets and end fittings.
By optimising our ratchet, the DoMulti allows for pre-tensioning forces of 600 daN with a hand force of 50 daN.
This means it develops twice the force of a standard push ratchet and saves you half the lashing equipment needed when tying down.
Our lashing straps are also manufactured in accordance with the guidelines of the European standard EN12195-2 and are subject to regular tests, not only in our in-house test centre but also by external certification bodies.
