Crane Outrigger Pads
Description
High-quality support plates made in Germany by RZ-Kunststoffe.
RZ-Kunststoffe has been producing durable products for years, such as: drive plates, support plates, and strips. Our support plates and complete road plate systems are used by construction companies, shipping companies, towing companies, and public institutions such as the fire brigade.
These support plates feature up to six times greater load-bearing capacity and bending strength than standard plates. With these high-quality support plates, you also protect your machinery and reduce its wear and tear. The high-quality support plates pay for themselves in a very short time. Our support plates make work easier even on the most difficult surfaces and allow for rapid site development even in adverse conditions.

The number of integrated handles or chains, weights, and load capacities* can be found in the table below.
By the way, the support plates not only ensure that your cranes and machinery stand securely, but they also protect potentially sensitive surfaces, thus preventing damage.
This means you can reliably support even the heaviest equipment. For example, a 300 x 300 mm support plate with a thickness of 30 mm weighs only 3.5 kg and offers a load capacity of up to 8 tonnes*. For the easiest possible handling, simply use the integrated carrying handles or chains.
Stamps and crane supports from RZ-Kunststoffe prevent crane supports and swap bodies from sinking. In a forwarding yard, you can use this to protect the supports of swap bodies from sinking.
Our support plates are also ideal for protecting roadways and pavements, as well as for crane and rescue operations. With these, you can reliably prevent soil compaction and field damage.
We manufacture these support plates from high-strength plastic for maximum durability and a long service life. By ensuring your cranes and machinery are always secure, you protect your fleet from wear and tear, so the purchase pays for itself in a very short time.
In the production of our support plates, we make sure to use plastics free of PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons), thus protecting groundwater and your health. Therefore, our support plates are also ideal for use in nature and water protection areas.
Despite the use of environmentally friendly materials, the support plates are resistant to acids, alkalis, salts and saline solutions, alcohols, oils, fats, waxes, and many solvents.

* Guideline values, the actual support force depends on the ground class/subsoil and the contact area of the crane's own support base plate. The contact area and thickness of the crane plate must always be adapted to the existing conditions; if necessary, a soil survey and load statics must be prepared. The panels must be secured against slipping.
We would like to point out that the use of the products must be adapted to local conditions and the materials used. No warranty can be given for this.
