Manual winch with steel cable (in plastic cover)
The Dragon Winch DWK 35 VC manual steel cable winch is an innovative solution for those requiring maximum safety and reliability during horizontal pulling. With a pulling capacity of 1588 kg and a 10-meter cable, it offers ample power for handling boats, vehicles, or heavy loads. The unique enclosed housing protects the internal mechanism from debris while eliminating the risk of operator injury, making the Dragon Winch DWK 35 VC a leader in its class.
Why is the Dragon Winch DWK 35 VC safer than others?
Safety is a critical factor when choosing handling equipment. The Dragon Winch DWK 35 VC features a revolutionary concept that sets it apart from standard open models. The entire gear system and cable drum are completely enclosed in a robust protective casing. This design creates an impenetrable barrier between moving parts and the operator, virtually eliminating the risk of fingers or clothing getting caught in the gears. Furthermore, the enclosed housing acts as a shield against external elements like dust, sand, or mud, which could cause gear jams in conventional winches.
Practical applications of the Dragon Winch DWK 35 VC
With a pulling capacity of 1588 kg (3500 lbs), this professional tool has a wide range of applications. It is ideal for the marine sector for loading boats onto trailers, for towing services to load non-running vehicles, and for use in agriculture or forestry. In workshops and warehouses, it is often used for moving heavy machinery. The ten meters of high-quality steel cable, combined with an ergonomic handle, allow for efficient work without extreme physical effort.
Technical specifications and durability
The primary feature is the 1588 kg pulling force, transmitted through precision-cut gears inside the safety housing. The steel cable is characterized by high tensile strength and abrasion resistance. The winch is equipped with a reliable ratchet brake that securely holds the load in any position. The enclosed construction keeps the gears lubricated and prevents contamination, significantly extending the service life of the mechanism.
