The three-leg assembled Grade 10 chain sling (eye-hook) complies with the EN 818-4 standard and is in accordance with the 2006/42/EC directive.
Grade 10 chain slings have a higher working load limit (approx. 25% more) than Grade 8 for the same diameter.
Chain diameter 8 mm – WLL 5300 kg at an angle of inclination of 0°-45°. The master link has a minimum dimension of 160x90 mm and the chain complies with EN 818-2. Hooks are fitted with a safety latch. The effective working lengths in the e-shop are available in one-metre and half-metre increments; custom lengths can be supplied on request.
At the customer's request, we can offer modifications to the slings, such as a larger master link, a VHG shortening hook or a VKF, EKF shortening clutch. The chain can have an SP 100 anti-corrosion treatment, and you can choose from a wide range of hooks.
We have standard components in stock. Assembly of slings usually takes 1-3 days, depending on the size of the order. As this is a custom assembly, stock levels of finished slings are not listed in the e-shop.
