The Grade 10 four-leg chain sling (eye-hook) complies with the 2006/42/EC directive.
Grade 10 chains have a 25% higher Working Load Limit (WLL) than Grade 8. For example, an 8mm diameter chain has a WLL of 5300 kg at an angle of 0°-45°. The master link has a minimum size of 160x90 mm. The chain conforms to the EN 818-2 standard. The hooks are fitted with a safety latch.
Effective working lengths are available in the e-shop in one-metre and half-metre increments, but custom lengths can be manufactured on request.
At the customer's request, the chain sling can be modified with an enlarged master link, shortening hook, or clutch. You can select the end hooks from our range.
We have standard components in stock, and assembly usually takes 1-3 days depending on the order. Finished slings are not available in the e-shop as they are made to measure.
