Do měděného kabelu majáku se nesmí dostat vlhkost, ani voda.U žárovek se zástrčkou zasuňte zástrčku dostatečně a pevně. Pocínované konce drátů nestříhejte. Rampy musí být instalovány pouze na rovný, kovový, suchý, očištěný a odmaštěný povrch střechy. Maximální rychlost vozidla s majákem připevněným na střeše magnetem je 50 km/h. Buďte obezřetní v nepříznivých větrných podmínkách. Pokud majákovou rampu rozeberete, ztratí vodotěsnost.
