Our synthetic ropes are made from the  highest quality material. It is a very high molecular weight polyethylene that offers  maximum strength combined with minimum weight:

* 10,500 kg MBL  (minimum breaking load)
*  rope finished with a thimble and hook
* highest strength-to-weight ratio
* very good abrasion resistance
* excellent material fatigue resistance
* good compression resistance
* low tensile properties
* limited temperature resistance (melting point 150°C)
* maximum operating temperature 70°C
* fibre density 0.97: buoyant


The low stretch of the ropes is very advantageous in cases where there is limited space for movement, where any dynamic force resulting from stretching can be very dangerous, e.g. for tugboats and when mooring ships with heavy equipment.

Ropes made of HMPE fibres are especially recommended where   low weight and easy handling are important, also in water transport for fast and safe mooring and towing.

The offered synthetic ropes are made  using a weaving technology - 10 strands (standard EN ISO 10325:2010 - type T) 

CONSTRUCTION - the rope is made of 10 elements, 5 of which are interwoven clockwise and 5 counter-clockwise. This protects the rope  against twisting,  which is a very important advantage during use. A special machine containing 10 spools of HMPE synthetic fibres is used to make the rope.

 Comparable in strength, and in some variants even stronger, than steel rope. Its undeniable advantage is its weight, flexibility, and ability to float on water. Synthetic fibres are very soft, and there is no risk of injury when handling the rope.
